Mrs Gamble
Hello. I'm Mrs Gamble and I started here at Barnby Dun Primary in 2022. I have taught in a range of year groups from Nursery to Year 2. I am currently the Early Years Foundation Stage Lead and enjoy working in partnership with KS1. Teaching young children is such a rewarding role. I enjoy supporting them and watching them grow into confident members of society. I am also Eco Lead for the school, a role I am very proud and passionate about. I love teaching children about Ecology matters, recycling and re-growth.
As a youngster, I participated heavily in dancing, singing, acting and sports activities. This shaped who I am today. I studied locally at High Melton College. This is where I gained my Performing Arts degree. I became interested in using drama as a tool for learning and the route to becoming a teacher began! I love story telling and acting in role, as part of our EYFS learning. I l also love teaching P.E and outdoor learning.
At home, I have two young children. We enjoy spending our time in the open air, exploring nature. I also am passionate about helping others and volunteer at a children's hospice, called "Bluebell Wood."
